Looking at you punch the hole for clip cards remind me a video that I saw on instagram reels. She used drill for accessories (to drill resin/clay key chain) to make holes for entire card. It’s so fast, time saving, and the holes allign perfectly. Maybe you want to try :D

you shouldn’t take the plastic off of the clips, they are there for protection plus your customers can have a satisfying experience peeling them off themselves
