    1.5 kg pork belly
    3 tsp salt
    3 tsp fish sauce
    2 tsp black peppercorns
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    4 pcs bay leaves
    1 whole garlic
    1 big red onion
    3 liters water
    1 liter cooking oil

      I started with 200 •F for a couple of minutes, then I changed to 140 •F.
