Dustin Wright There are many local gun clubs that have USPSA matches. Most are open to the public. You just need a 9mm or 40 cal handgun, about 4 magazines, a good belt, holster, and magazines holster. Do it, man. It's a lot of fun!
If she unloaded the gun at the end, she had 12 rounds in the mag. If she's shooting production, she needed to be bumped to open per USPSA rules. If she was showing clear and it was clear at the end instead of unloading, then she's legal for production as the mag was only loaded for 11 rounds even if the slide didn't lock.
She shot 11 rounds. Then she did unload the gun, the chamber was empty. So she just shot whole 11 rounds. She had only 11 rounds which is legal USPSA rule. That was it. Whatever the reason was, the slide lock did not work at that time.
Unloading means taking a round out of the chamber. If she unloaded the gun, then there was still a round in the chamber after the last shot hence making it 12 rounds total even if she only fired 11 rounds. To be production legal at loaded starts, you can not have 11 rounds in the mag and 1 in the chamber. Loaded starts can only have 10 rounds in the mag and 1 in the chamber. Unloaded starts, 10 rounds in mags only.
You have to make power factor based off of projectile/velocity. Most reloads are done before the mag is empty so you usually won't see the slide lock back.
Time 1:09 broke the 180 when reloading while moving from the right to the left...stop the video and look you can clearly see down the barrel from behind her...

On that 2nd stage, she shot 11 rounds the the gun didn't go into slide lock? Did she got bumped to open after that? Prolly not.

Do they use a lower recoil ammo? I'm wondering why the slide did not lock back... But anyways, Dame she can Rock that Glock!!! sweet shooting!
