Taiwan style stir-fried cucumber recipe
For my recipe this time, it's daily Taiwanese cooking which is super delicious and very easy to cook, namely stir-fried cucumber and tofu. In this recipe for sautéed cucumber, I add tofu and ear mushrooms with the soy sauce seasoning. I use simple ingredients and spices that are always in the kitchen.

Material:
tofu, (white dry tofu)
mushroom
small cucumber
ginger
garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp broth powder
1 tsp cornstarch
oil
enough water
