    nice video, question, do you ever show the carvings on a cnc or you just do this?

      Thanks, glad you liked it. I haven't thought about making a video with the machine. I guess there's not enough time in the day. My normal work ( non CNC work) keeps me rather busy. But maybe in the future.

    Thanks but my question is how did you turned the STL model into this plain vectors before editing explain to me because I want to try it but I'm a rookie in cnc and I just discovered your channel which I believe will be helpful to me

      I am using the Vectric Aspire software and I create the vectors first, then I use the 2 rail sweep to create the 3D model. I hope this is what you are asking about.

      Thanks Sir but how did you create the vectors I'm using aspire too

      @@KofiOwusu-Acheaw-ny7xr As for the exact vectors, I just made them up. I thought it would make a nice leg.

    we are having huge issues rotary carving the square at the top and bottom of our table leg, when we run the simulation in aspire it cuts the square. However when we carve it out on the rotary CNC it only does two corners of the square and not four. are we missing something really obvious

    is it possible to rotary photo carve a persons face/head with aspire..? you know make a bust of a person from a photo using a rotary axis on cnc..?

      @mezalick  3 роки тому +1

      Yes it is possible

      Making the head is the hardest part.

      @@mezalick when you say "making the head is the hardest part " are you referring to the photo toolpath process or the actual carving process..?

    • @mezalick
      @mezalick  3 роки тому +1

      @@squidskunk The Photo Toolpath is easy, but I was assuming you wanted to put the photo carving on a 3D head.

    I have a problem with this,
    In mach3 software may we run a toolpath ?
    And which postprecessor of toolpath will be used to make a carboile leg ???

    • @mezalick
      @mezalick  2 роки тому +1

      Yes you can run the toolpath GCode in MCH3 but you will need to use the correct Post Processor to create the GCode. The correct Post Processor comes from your machine manufactor. They would be the best to ask about this.
