What Dr. Haynes saying is true, but if you listen to how the response was to us 'building' our own, boycotting those who stand against our own, the applause tends to fade in the background. Why should I create a system for me, my brother and sister to navigate thru the hurdles in life when "THEIR" system is ready and waiting to be used? Why should I sacrifice for my brother and sister to have a system that is not prejudice against them , but try to maneuver in a system that really does not want "US" to exist in the first place. Sorry to say Mr. Martin, but they who have succeeded do not want to take on the responsibility of extending the "Baton" to those who are left behind. But yet, they have taken the baton from those who were in the fight and struggle for "THEM" who have passed on the reward for them to achieve and succeed in life. The "Alpha's " along with so many other organizations have succumb to the "Stockholm Syndrome".
