Thanks for your videos. I know I am a year or two behind but gosh spot on. These videos are exactly how I'm feeling right now. We also started out at about the same weight and we are losing at about the same rate week by week. So it's fun for me to follow your journey as I am on my own. Thanks.
I just want to give you such a big hug right now! It is such a huge emotional challenge, working through all this weight loss. You have earned it, you deserve it, and who you are NOW is an amazing person - you've always BEEN amazing under whatever weight you were, and you always will be. Because you're YOU, and you care about people, have a great heart and want the best for yourself and the world.
Hey lady....You are still doing great... and you know it! Your mixture of choices are common for all of us. You crazy shopper you. Yes, some things are changing.... but with change come opportunity... for you to experience what makes you feel complete or at least happy on the inside. Don't forget... WLS is not about what you lose, it's about what you have to gain. Hang in there! :)

+VSG For The Real Me Thanks! One step at a time, right? I've had decades to get used to the old me - asking my brain to switch gears in 5 months is a tall order - I am going to work on being patient with myself! Excited about the future for sure - mine and yours!
Love those boots (I don't know what cool words the kids are using either because I'm old too) LOL! That pound will be off next week. Don't sweat it (or well you could sweat it... through exercise) :) It will happen, not a failure but a bump along the way. This was a great video. I have also been thinking about who I will be/be like when I am at goal. I imagine I will still be me but more confident. You will figure it all out and everything will come together, just keep being the wonderful person you are. :)

What a great video Amy. It is a very good question... who are we when we are not just the fat person anymore? That is something to ponder and discover isn't it? I like to think it will be things like confidence, self love, energy... You are an amazing person Amy!!
You can say recommitted as many times as you want!! I love hearing it! Happy week after Thanksgiving! Size 12?!?! YIPPEE!!! Those boots are the Bomb Diggedy! (don't care what the kids say- it's MY saying! ;-)) I bought 3 vests today at Costco... yep THREE.... It's only a problem if you admit it ;-) Glad to hear you appreciate the girl you were. Those girls got us here. She still is inside you- but I think it's important to love who you are now. I too am struggling a little to "see" the person I am now. But I'll get there and so will you
