Thank you for these videos, Roger. It's not just that you did such a nice job guiding a newbie like me to set up this machine but, I would have been completely lost just using the instructions that came with it, which are terrible (my only criticism of this machine so far)

These are really great printers, I got 3, they're 219$, I canceled the filament sensor with a jumper wire in the connecter, gave me trouble a few times.
Funny thing is all three sd cards have different stuff on them

I purchased this a couple months ago. Upgraded to the dual fan a month ago. All was fine then I had a problem with nozzle plugging. Replaced nozzles then bowden tube. Installed new print head (thought maybe the thermister was bad). Finally noticed the heat sink fan not working even though it showed 25 volts. This made sense as the filament was fused in end of bowden tube at hot end, Now waiting and trying to deal with Longer for replacement fan. I find Longer difficult to deal with.

So you have had your longer 3D printer for a wile how do you like it? I did buy the Longer laser engraver you got and love it now looking at the longer 3D printer you bought. I never had one yet so it will be my first

I've run about 30 projects on it (all the same thing) with zero issues. The larger build plate allows me to run multiples of the same thing, saving some time with setup/startup. The touch screen is also a plus.

I just purchased the printer and am waiting for it to get here tomorrow. On its Amazon page, it says it will also print PETG filament. Have you ever printed using PETG with this printer?

Not with this one. 99% of what I print is with PLA+

Thank you for making these videos! This is my first printer and I am stuck. I followed the directions in your first part and all went well, but I am unable to print any of the demos. The printer starts by drawing a line on the left hand side, and it looks fine. It then goes to print in the center and nothing sticks and just forms a ball like a dung beetle. I cleaned the bed with alcohol (after removing the sheet), I re-leveled it, and I turned the bed temp up to 80 from 60. The nozzle temp is 200. What could be wrong?????

It sounds like although the bed is level, there is still too much clearance between the nozzle and bed. Or, you could have some crap filament. This happened to me once doing a demo (different brand), and even with a glue stick, could not get the print to stick. Switched filament and problem solved.

@@rogersshop Thank you. I think I need to send my unit back. Went I went to level it the first time, I did not have enough adjustment in the knobs. It’s almost like the bed was too high, especially on the right hand side. I raised the Z stop sensor a little bit to give me a bit of room (which it did), but apparently it may have messed up the nozzle height.

@@volvlov759 I wanted to follow up for those who may have the same problem in the future. Roger was correct in that it was the material. I tried 3 different ones,. The Sunlu material was too slippery. The Overture material was too thick to feed. The Hatchbox material works JUST RIGHT!

This was also a problem for me check your bed leveling and also, make sure your temp settings are a good setting for me it was my temp setting it was getting it hot enough for it to actually stick so it would pull the whole object off the bed
