3 species of bears in Tibet and Nepal, Yeti is most likely one of them
Himalayan Black bear- common bear species, aggressive, unlikely to be mistaken for yeti or ape
Himalayan Brown bear- uncommon, maybe it is sometines mistaken for a yeti, but these bears are not aggressive and tends to run away
Tibetan Blue bear- extremely rare, these are the biggest bears in the himalayas they are slightly different variation of brown bears and highly aggressive maybe more carnivorous- this bear with a lighter coloured fur and greater size is likely mistaken for a Yeti in my opinion
I mean many people have lost their lives in the Himalayas and there are many wild animals also the climate is very unaccountable. So it's really hard to find people's brave enough to risk their own lives for research purposes.
