    Thanks for the video.
    IS mineral water essential? the reason I am asking is that every mineral water has completely different taste from another.
    Also, is there any particual coffee that's most delicious for all of these ?

    • @HowTasty
      @HowTasty  6 місяців тому

      Hello and welcome to my channel! You can use any very low mineral content water (not sparkling :P). I enjoy Pellini coffee, but it could be hard to find or too expensive out of Italy. Let me know which coffee technique was your favourite! Much love from Italy

    Interesting... I've never seen a Neapolitan pot until now! Your always opening my eyes. I do have a Bialetti which I have had 3 of so far. I like those metal doodads you have on top of your grates. What are they called? I'd like to order those. Espresso and Iced Coffee Cheers! ❤

    • @HowTasty
      @HowTasty  4 роки тому +1

      Neapolitan Pot is the first coffee pot invented in 1819, it's the ancestor of the Moka Bialetti pot. Mmm...the doodas I have on top on my grates...did you mean the support for the grate of the stovetop? It's helpful when you use a small pot like Moka and the stove top is a bit too large, something like this: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FO40K1A?ie=UTF8

    I have an electric stove. Can I use these pots on electric?

    • @HowTasty
      @HowTasty  4 роки тому

      Hi Andrea and welcome to my channel! I think that the Bialetti Moka Coffe Pot I've used in this video (link in the infobox), is suitable for use on electric stovetop, it's made of aluminium. But you have to pay attention: remove immediately from the heat once coffee is done. Do not allow to boil and do not put on full heat as this may cause the coffee to have a burnt taste....the problem of electric stovetop is that gives more heat than a normal stovetop. Let me know if you try it! Hugs

      Hi Sir and welcome here! Espresso in Italy is made with professional and very expensive Espresso maker you can find at the cafes (Italian Bar), those machines reach 8-10 bars pressure. If you want to make an Italian Espresso at home, you can just use the classic Moka pot. Enjoy
