Thank you, sir. You are one of a few people who has not humiliated or embarassed us for being cursed with this pain. Are you in OZ or UK?

Thank you so much for explaining hotline pain! I’ve been thinking about that all night and I couldn’t find anything on it because I didn’t know what it was called or how to describe it

I have a binding pain at the base of my cerebellum adjacent to the brain stem that transmits up the back of my head to the top and stops, with dizziness and foggy haze that makes it hard to think straight. Varies in intensity 3-5 pain scale in the morning and works up to a 7-8 by the afternoon. This is my life every day. No apparent injury except possible compaction/compression (Hitting the bottom of a tire with the top of my head while the car is on an automotive lift) and popping my neck in my younger years. Multiple cervical MRI/CT/X-Ray images (Brain as well) but all radiology reports omit the Atlas, C-1, C-2 junctions??? The pain and headaches started in the late 80's but ever since 2010 they have gotten exponentially worse. Seen over a dozen neurologists with various meds and injections...Botox, Occipital neuroglia, Acupuncture, Chiropractor, physical therapy. The only thing that has worked is 10mg Norco x2 a day, and that small dosage only suppresses it typically used later in the day in order to have a more comfortable evening leaving me to suffer for most of the day with no relief as it builds up from the time I wake up.
I have come to the conclusion that surgical decapitation is the only solution but I can't find a doctor to perform the procedure.

I am at the point of suicide because of the DEA causing this pre conceived ideas about ANYONE WHO is on Opioids even us who are monitored regularly by Neuro- Surgical drs and licensed pain Clinic with the Neuro office. I had 95 painful procedures involving steroids, Botox, nerve blocks, just in the past 8 years and a well documented file of injuries and Fibromyalgia. Thank you.

DR.I agree to a point, but I have all three types of pain. I know that the pain is causing problems in my brain Dopa-mine.seratonin etc. non of it works the way it is supposed to. At this point in the USA the Gov is butting in and scarring DR.'s and Patients to death. I suppose I have become a libertarian and opiods should be sold over the counter like booze cigs and other over the counter things. If people really want to kill them selves that should be up to them. I don't want to die, but I sure don't want to keep living like this for 5-20 yrs. I have had two major heart attacks (one a widow maker) and open heart surgery with much heart damage. I have to depend on my dear wife to do every thing for me. I HATE IT!!! Interesting talk hope it works for someone.

Yes let's see how will you deal with Cronic pain with no pain medication! Tyenol is the only thing you can take while it does not treat inflammation! My pain is 24/7 365 days? A year!

I had a call from your service and I think it is absolute extortion the price you are asking for a course of pain management. When we're in pain often our money is reduced anyway. Shame on you.
