Your points are all valid, but is it possible to gain this points in such a short duration of time? For example in Melbourne Accounting professional needs 110 points, so if working as accountant after completion of student visa is it possible for a fresher to score 110 in next two years to apply for PR? That’s the only concern I got will the time be sufficient enough to gather the required scores.

Hlo mam, I have completed my b. Ed in 2015 with 72.8 percent, M. A. My course Masters in Tesol is listed in PSW
But not in TGV so would I get work permit after my studies or not?
Post study work visa will be 24 months, temporary graduate visa for 18 months as of now.
I received my post study work visa for 5 years until 2028, issued in September this year before the changes.
Now they have reduced it tremendously, now depending on your course longer visa will be issued

The university looks reasonable but getting TR for two years would make your PR success rate extremely low. I would suggest trying another country as Australia is aiming to cut down migration by 50 % for temporary residents.
