Sir beautiful house ❤️ sir pls make plan on 18 x 60 plot size and my main priority is highly modern front elevation with big sliding windows and modern drawing room.. 3 bhk duplex with only 1 master bedroom.. 1 gym on terrace. If possible mini theater.. 3 side other property and south face plot.. ❤️

सर 1350 स्क्वायर फुट वाले प्लॉट की 3D वीडियो लेकर आओ सर 4 BHK प्लॉट के आगे की साइड रोड है और प्लॉट के साइड में भी रोड है और बाकी प्लॉट के पीछे और आगे वाले रोड के सामने अदर प्रॉपर्टी है और जो साइड वाला रोड है उसके सामने गौशाला हे और प्लॉट के दूसरे साइड भी अधर प्रॉपर्टी है प्लॉट के पीछे प्लांट के सामने जो रोड है उसके सामने और प्लॉट के दूसरी साइड में यानी तीनों जगह पर घर बने हुए हैं मैं आशा करता हूं की आप इस साइज की प्लॉट की 3D वीडियो जल्दी लेकर आओगे

In this design I like the way you have designed the stair case. From outside it looks as Duplex but this can be used in both the ways Duplex or independent.

As a subscriber of yours I request you to make a houseplan for 18x52 feet it should consist of
-3 bedroom (master bedroom should be at the ground floor)
-4 bathroom (1 common at ground floor and other three should be attached with bedrooms)
- kitchen
-living area
- dining area
- pooja area (at ground floor)
This plan should be west facing
With three side house.I want proper ventilation in the house .It should be a modern house .And last but not the least car parking should be at the left side of the house (if seen from road)........ please make this plan possible 🙏🙏🙏🙏
