Lift weights, run, eat organic fruits and vegetables, and you will be in a good mood most of the time.
It takes so much discipline, but it makes life so much more enjoyable.

It also makes one to be lost in her/his exciting world, after one has been busy all day. I run in the afternoon mostly.

I've heard running everyday greatly increases the chance of injury and that you should take days off inbetween runs.

Iam glad that Iam runner wishes spring comes untill winter .Running every day twice morning and late evening makes me happy and sleeping good on night speacially living in western countries where life is busy chasing life desires runing is unlikely for many people where obesity is too much in western countries compared to the rest of the other countries .

If, as the video states, 5-10 minutes of running each day at less than 6 miles an hour reaps great health benefits, what is the point of running 35 miles or more a week?
