Oops, it was your project I saw. But I really like it. To bad there's not some Skeletons with either one piece bathing suit or Bikini swimsuit to put on the Skeletons. LOL
Another great video. You are a fantastic modeler. Thank you for sharing your talents with your followers. It will be interesting to see what you do with the left over skeleton. Hanging out from under a tarp in a wagon. Sticking out from under a boulder. Break it up into seperate bones and have an animal chewing on a bone.
Beautiful work!!! I remember scratch building my tanks with balsa wood around a pill bottle!!! I stained with rub on shoe polish. 58 years of Model Railroading, you come up with little tricks. Thank you for bringing back some great memories!!! 😊 Grain of wheat bulbs are a railroaders dream. 😂
Hi Dave That takes care of the lady cooling off in the water tank. Err where is the towel and tattered dress that should be hanging on the tank side next to the ladder. After all even the dead like to protect there modesty. It is the 19th century and standards must be maintained👻 . I like the lighting effect. regards John
I'd probably add a little variety in there. Definitely a skeleton engineer, but maybe have some ghosts, zombies, maybe a vampire or two riding in the cars
Very cool water tower, dear Dave. Love the idea of the lit water surface. With the grotto underwater animations in mind, I was thinking about giving the half reaper some flapping feet, although I’m aware the available space in the tank might be too short to give such an animated feature the wished impact. Nevertheless, the effect of the green blue coated underside of the acetate and the mod podge ripples looks stunning. Definitely don’t wanna drink that water from the Gruesome Gulch water tower. Which in turn lands another idea, to introduce a locomotive which obviously has some gruesome water trouble. Hissing and puffing, maybe with steam coming from all but the appropriate vents. Anyhow, just a thought, really enjoy your videos, Gruesome Gulch is definite ‘killer.’ Cheerio
Great build as always - the highlight of my week!! I had an idea for Gruesome Gulch via the Endless Hallway. The endless Mine Shaft with ladder using a mirror and two-way mirror (like those endless coffee tables, but smaller).
I can just hear that skeleton saying "Come on in boys! The water is fine!" But his invitation is a lot more sinister than Delmar's in "Oh Brother, Where Art Thou". ☠
I am into N Scale and saw someone put a skeleton in their water tank, so I am trying to buy n scale skeletons (3) and set it up as Petticoat Junction like the TV Series and even a skeleton of a dog. I have a Halloween layout that I enjoy.
Looks like the Gruesome Gulch version of the Water Tower at the "Shady Rest" in Hooterville! I love it!

he he. "I am just going to carefully, sever his spine" Awesome work.

GOD BLESS 🚂💖🚂💖🚂💖💀💖
Very nice looking watertank.
Another great build! Thanks!
Bottom half should be placed by the rails!
lol 😆
Nice addition to the build 😊
Awesome work!
Absolutely fantastic work.
Fantastic.
Thanks for this one. I am going to make one for my western town miniatures board. By the way, the skeleton needs a little rubber duckie.
😂😂😂😂

You need a skeleton crew in your engine and the engineer could have a engineer cap on. You could even put some skeletons riding in the passenger car.

So thought you were going to do the skeleton like the girls from Petticoat Junction in the water tank
I lean more towards N scale but this scale is amazing for fantasy/horror/scifi/fiction railroad layouts. Thanks for sharing and hope all is well!

Nice build! How about you add a Post Office but instead you call it a Ghost Office 😂
One of the weights for the spout should have had a body added as part of the weight string.
Alla John Allen's hanged man bridge.
