You may dry roast the suji if you wish to avoid ghee. I gave small amounts of ghee to my child.

Yes you can give little amounts of ghee once baby has been introduced to simple purees. We have not added elaichi, elaichi banana is the variety of small bananas that we have used. You may use whichever banana you give otherwise.
