What kills the Z for me is actually the sitting position. While from the outside it has great sportscar proportions, you just sit way too high for a sportscar. What I did like about my Z test drive was how relaxing it was just going through the gears. My guess is that these will get canceled here in Canada. They are simply not selling.
Yeah I don't like sitting in this car at all. I feel so on top of the seat. The Nismo is awesome with the bucket seats. You really feel like you're in the car. The basic seats are really bad. I'll stick with my Supra lol
These cars are trash for the price. Maybe the MT z’s but even then the claimed 400bhp is slow asf for being a twin turbo v6. Fuckin trash and a waste of money but surprisingly everyone loves seeing it at car shows or they just love making fun of it who knows
The Nismo is pretty sweet looking. Just very pricey for what it offers. Wish they priced these better. But on the used market they are in the $40k range
Hard to tell since the one I drove was a drag car with skinnies up front and radials in the back. So very different car overall. But I'm sure a good set of coilovers on the Z Performance would be close to the Nismo. Maybe add a few braces or bigger swaybars and it would be identical
Performance is the way to go unfortunately. Nismo just isn't worth it. The exhaust is actually growing on me, wonder if it just needs breaking in. 10k for 20hp and upgraded trim + no heated seats was a hard pass.
Nothing looks as good as the original 1970 240Z. But I like the new Z and I might buy it.

They literally messed up the whole evolution of all the Z editions!! It’s so ugly and so non aggressive looking. Looks like a Kia in the outside

We have a few videos of the manual Z. It's a fine car, but just costs too much when the Supra is way better for not much more

Have you tried one with Upgraded Suspension?? Z1, HKS or whatever??
I drove a modified one on coilovers. Definitely drove better. Not sure what it had tho
