Deep, deep respect for the work this man has done. I am so grateful that I found my way to Sattva and the amazing team there. It has indeed been transformative, even though it took me until my 60’s to find my way to Sattva and the amazing life teachings. For me, as I pursue my next 40ish years of life, I am constantly reminded of that which keeps me moving in the direction of growth…Atha Yoga Anashasanum. I came across Anandji through the film "The Highest Pass" on Gaia TV and through some research was guided to find out more about the Sattva Academy. It is on my vision board to do my 200HR Yoga Training with Sattva in 2025 and I am looking forward to being immersed in this incredible energy that I have felt through this video 💫🙏🕉
