I did a podcast with Melvin 2 years back, down to earth, good guy, strong ambition. It is hard to dislike a guy like him. So happy to see him start out his own, although it took some time.

ai. tbh love that property lim brother videos were comprehensive and helpful at getting a sense of the property, but over time realised that they tend to do a bit of oily selling. especially as a christian firm/leadership, and now that they are a bit more successful, would like to see those practices cut down. just because it's common in the industry doesn't mean you should be following it, or that it makes it okay. in fact, now that you guys are the leader, it's up to you to set the example. it's exactly when it's difficult to do the right thing that it's more important to do so.
This is a very insightful interview with Melvin. Had gained extra insights about HDB vs Condo.. such as lesser supply vs a growing international demand. Kelvin, also asked good questions that allowed Melvin to share his perspective.

Great interview, good amount of info. Kelvin I realised u are very tensed during such interviews. I also get the feeling that u might be feeling that your guests are more successful than u etc. I might be wrong. Example when Melvin praised u on your videos and contents, u have that embarrassed or awkward tension like not knowing how to respond. My suggestion is maybe besides thanking, u can ask things like does the topics benefit or relate to them, or any suggestions from them for improvements, etc etc. just my thoughts.

How do one measure success ? I guess in Singapore is how much assets you own.😂
MCST, Property Tax & income tax, repairs, agent commission. Need to always monitor trend and forecast
