You missed the fix where we have to email tech support and they have to reboot your servers. App can be stable for months then suddenly stops working when nothing else has changed - an email to tech support and all suddenly starts working again!
How can you access the RF settings in the app when you can’t connect to it? My app finds my tub but I can’t get in to any settings as that’s as far as it goes
have you figured out the issue with the green light? ive had this issue and the phone support is not working. also, i called eero and opened the ports and white listed the server. Still no luck. Whats the issue?
Standing next to my wifi modem. Spa in the next room. RF is at 75%. Can't connect and drops if it ever did. Next suggestion? Cause this is an absolute piece of crap hardware, and the software is even worse

If the wifi is down, how do you bypass eco mode to use the tub?
