The fact that as a 20 year old he has such strong opinions in favor of Reagan speaks volumes about the kind of right wing propaganda he has been exposed to while growing up. Hopefully conversations like this enlighten him, but the lack of emotional maturity makes that seem unlikely to me.

I do not believe AOC is stupid. But even if she WAS, I don’t care as long as she is on the correct side of the policy. Being smart helps no one if you believe in corporatism and trickle down economics.

I actually like this conversation. As a swede (we are used to listening to our opponents) and this conversation remind me how we can agree to disagree (without hating each other.) And quite frankly the tone in the conversation is so refreshing compared to how it can be in US. (Sorry if you as americans might find this opinion insulting.)
I also want to say as a side note that I´m a bit impressed by the young guy who can stand his ground (as a clear underdog) in this format. (Not that he is correct, but he is calm and collected under the pressure and he seems to listen.) That´s all we can ask for really.
