Hello, I would like to know if someone can help me in the following:
I raised many users who will have access to different modules, are more than 2000 users, do you know if there is any layout to load the roles massively? or how could I assign several roles (the same as they will have access to the same module), to a group of users?
    it's for cloud r12

Seems I missed to reply to this old post. Yes, you can upload/import the Role Assignments from an Excel Spreadsheet.

Suhas Vaze Sir, please make a video for Excel spreadsheet multi-user upload, I tried many times and failed. It keep accept only one user at a time. I want to combine them all in the sheet and upload.

Dear Yousif Anwar, Sure. However, it won't be very soon. Thanks for your suggestion.

Thanks Sir for the feedback. I posted this on a support forum and get the below reply which I still don't fully get to apply this "Smart" paste in spreadsheet:
"Try exporting user with data access into spreadsheet. Then back out of the manage a data access page, and go back in and click the button to add access that generated the adfdi spreadsheet. Lopen and log into spreadsheet. Count lines of sheet from export file. Highlight first table line of upload spreadsheet and drag down to highlight same number of lines, then right click-->insert to get that number of "smart" rows in upload spreadsheet. Then highlight copy/paste the three non-username columns (not rows) from the export file and paste them into the smart rows you created in the upload file. Note these columns are in a different order from one file to the other! Once those three rows are complete, enter user name in appropriate column and eliminate any unused "smart" rows. Then click upload.
FYI: You will get errors if the user does not have the roles referenced in the upload file."

Dear Yousuf Anwar, The above text talks about "Data Access for Users" rather than Role Assignment. I am sure you are aware that Role Assignment and Data Access are separate things. If Data Access is to be uploaded, you can easily achieve it using ADF-DI.
