Since I worked in range of companies, I spotted my values were connect to me, my values these actions were not tacit, a group of peers leaked information and companies concealed these behavior. They prefered productivity to values. I quitted and maintain good relationships before they became more difficult, I decided to be an self- employee however I mind experiencing aloneness especially, when i have to coordinate with others, I feel that i make decisions on my own.
