I have one, I can say that the sound is excellent, the quality and the convenience, the grover tuners are something special ,however there are some problems and the height of the strings, they are SO low that the first string at about 12 frets rings a little, however I can write off a maximum of 0.5 points for this, a total of 9.5/10. Incredible quality for the money

Harley Benton did it again, no corners cut, great specs.
Very affordable, leaving the competition way behind! (Yamaha, Ibanez, Fender)

Paul Davids has an interesting video on guitar types, and maple is regularly seen on Jumbos, it said, and then I thought, stimmt.

It becomes increasingly uninspiring seeing all these guitars that are simply a steal from the originals. Moustache style bridge, crown inlays,
pickguard style, head plate and more. I agree that the real J200 doesn’t come with a cutaway. For me these are simply blunt copies. As I already said - uninspiring.
Not even sure if this deserves a video like this. But it is all about the money, isn’t it?

I think people that can afford the real thing don't watch youtube video, polishing their inspiring yaughts. I gues there's nobody in the world being torn between these two options. You're decidedly in for one of them without ever considering the other one.

@@fritsvanzanten3573 I am not into yachting at all. In any case you would be closer to the real thing for a very affordable/similar price when you would browse in Epiphone‘s offerings for a J200 style guitar.

@@Michael-bm8hi So what you are saying is that if you want an affordable version you need to buy a cheaper not authentic copy ...but just one of a better quality with better QC...

What I am saying is that I understand the concept of an Epiphone or a on the Fender side the idea behind a Squier, i.e. offering ‘the real thing’ for an affordable price. But I don’t understand the concept of Harley Benton, putting a lot of effort into designing something close but not too close to the ‘real thing’ for obvious reasons. For me those are just blunt and poor copies and I don’t understand why these get promoted through channels like Henning’s. Especially as he is promoting a design belonging to a brand of which he even avoids to speak out its name.

@@Michael-bm8hi in 1 comment you claim it both to be their own design and a copy... which is it?
