I hear you man, but I only had it for a month when it was released. It was on loan from Ableton and I had to send it back. I considered buying it but I couldn't justify it, since I don't use any of the new features and my Push 2 does what I need. I may get one in the future, but in the mean time everything in my Push 2 videos works the same on the 3.
my push 3 was shipped broken 😅 after 6 months we found out its the hardware and im finally getting my new one today …so i‘m back on Push 3 Standalone and discovered tracklib for me LFG
Great vid and beat! I solely make music with Maschine, but Push 3 definitely has me interested. Im curious, are you able to load Native Instruments expansion kits into the drum rack on Push 3?
Glad you liked it! You can copy the Expansions samples folders to Push and load individual samples but not kits. There's an app called Kit Maker that can convert Maschine kits to Ableton format so if you use that you should be able to load the kits on Push.
I’m not sure what stand alone would do for me, unless the power goes out. Can the push3 load acl files. My push2 can’t. And some things are just easier to do with mouse and keyboard. Anyway I’m interested and paying attention. I’ll be watching your videos.
Hey, appreciate you watching the videos Chris! I haven't checked if it loads .alc files but I will look into it. And yeah, standalone isn't all that necessary if you only work in your studio
whats your real honest opinion reviews aside? thinking about controller version. i have a deluge so i dont need standalone but the push has been on my radar for the last year and half
I will have to use it for more than a few days to give you my real honest opinion. So far I like it, but I too probably don't need the standalone version. Is there anything specific that you want to know? I will share my impressions in a separate video after I use it for a couple of weeks.
@@LowHeatBeats sounds good would you be able to do an update video of your opinions? Pros cons? Worth the price tag or worth waiting until drop? Thanks boss! Keep up the great content!

Um that synth hop essential is a must have! Period.
That's what's up, thank you so much!
Just look at the push 2 in the dark corner already looking sad & feeling abandoned .. daddy's got himself a new favourite 😂
lmao I didn’t realise, that’s exactly how it looks for real 😂
When you beefed up and layered the Rhodes and Synth that was str8 🔥
Yeah, always nice to layer some Rhodes, adds so much depth. Appreciate you watching!
Nice one, thank you!
3:40 Thank you for this! I kept thinking all of my transferred samples were missing

You can use kitmaker for conversion. I have all my maschine kits on the push3 in standalone
@@LowHeatBeats Awesome thanks!

How was the latency using the midi keys to record parts. I want to use push 3 on gigs with my roland 88 note midi keyboard. Thanks.
I set the buffer size to 64 (128 is the default setting) and I don't feel any latency, it's very responsive.
@@LowHeatBeats Thanks mate.
If it came with suite I would consider it but I fell like I can do all of this on my push 2 already
Fair enough.
He used it like a push 2
Yeah, just without connecting it to the computer.
stable ?? NOOOO ...far away
That's my experience so far with the new firmware update but also take it with a grain of salt, as I've had it for a day, as stated in the title.
99% of all demos for beat machines are based on hip-hop beats...
I just make what I feel, I wouldn’t even say it’s straight up hip-hop, regardless of the title.
