Well allow me to try and actually wake you guys up although my voice is a shadow only the wind truly hears but I will try again and again. This is a deceptive noise def not .1hz or anything they claim it to be. I saw that and I could not help but to laugh. Allow me to explain this. digital devices are set to a certain frequency they can not pickup particularly low or high vibration. They are a poor attempt to recreate the original. Although oftentimes more flashy looking and attractive and some sounds do appear to make you feel good but for how long? The so called frequency attunement seems to be temporary if you were "hearing" the real one you should no longer need to come back to these like some dope fiend. Try this experiment go out in the real world and by a real Tibetan singing bowl. Ring it a few time and appreciate the true healing frequency at work. Listen to how after a minute the sound is still felt permeating the air. Now go to a you tube video of someone doing this live observe and take notice. You will find that the loud intial hit wont linger and the startup sound will not be heard ie when you run the mallet slowly along the edges. You never know how much someone is going through, so don't be quick to judge. If not, it will be easier for someone to judge you. Try to be present and alive. Look at your fellow human beings and try to see them for who they are and not what you see. Look deep into people's eyes even if just for a second. Try to hear and not just listen. Be there in that moment one with yourself and you'll be there for someone else. You can be a great person by loving the people who love you. And there are people who love you, even if you don't know it in that moment. You can see something like this and maybe it'll help you. And that's why we all need to try to live life with and for love. Keep spreading love through every ounce our being and one day you'll be able to help someone else. Love is fundamental to life.

I got into a crash exactly a month ago at 1:24 am. I still remember alot of things, but I forgot this. Having my family around and being grateful to just see another day is a blessing. I should still be in a coma. I have a diffuse axonal injury with visible shearing of the brain tissue. I have also have two brain bleeds, Subarachnoid and a Intraparenchynal. I have still yet to look them up so I can understand what happened better. I just thought I'd add to me earlier comment cause I thought it was lacking a little. We need to live for each other.

I live with anxiety and depression to a degree that has been debilitating and these videos have reunited me with my ability to breathe, think, love, and believe in life.
I survived a suicide three years ago, and in reflecting on how I got there, I've been afraid of my own history repeating itself. This music has helped me change the people I surround myself with, the places I go, and generally how I see this world and the universe we all share.
