This is the most laid back vlog I've ever seen since Overnight. It seems Erwan's too serious. Glad to see he's loosing a little for the vlog. #ParasaVlog #1MforWil
dont know if anyone gives a damn but if you guys are stoned like me during the covid times then you can stream all of the new movies on instaflixxer. Have been watching with my brother for the last days :)
The first time that i watched you i feel less entertained but informed but now you step up your creativity and now you show more of your wacky side :) now i am entertained informed and satisfied :)
If y'all are looking for delicious kimchi, there's this Korean grocery store at Farmer's market next to Cubao MRT called Masan Grocery and they sell this really delicious homemade kimchi. I used to buy kimchi from SM supermarket or Landmark but the one at Masan tastes A LOT better maybe because it's homemade. edit: Erwan, can you do a kimchi making video using vegetables that we can easily find here? I don't think we have the chinese cabbage that they usually use for making kimchi.
I want a part 2 of this vid Erwan! 😍😍😍 But for a twist, try korean restos that are budget friendly w/o compromising the authenticity of the food. #OppaErwan
Hi Erwan, watching this just now 2 years after it was uploaded. The unli Korean bbq in the country has tremendously grown since. Can you please please do another episode of this from popular Korean bbq chains now? Thanks
I love this series! I am so down with the aesthetics and the more intimate, vlog-type set up. Also writing these restaurants down for when i visit manila next year!
Thank you, Erwan. I Learned so much about food scene in the Philippines. Love the way you explained how the flavor or process affects the taste of the dish.
The thumbnail of you doing finger heart so kyot. Hahaha. Great video!!! You really tried to embrace the k trend. Anne is a proud fiance! Would love to try these korean restaurants soon! Keep it up!!!
Watched the part 2 with Ryan Bang first after your episodes with Jessica Lee, and enjoyed it alot. Kilig to hear that you were playing EXO's Kokobop in the car coz I love them. I'll visit this place when I can, I'm such a homebody, and it has gotten worst this pandemic so I can't wait to go out and get some good Korean food when I can. Thanks for the feature!!
Love these kind of videos where you go out and try the resto and their food. I also appreciate the estimated budget information. Imma try the one near the red district since i work nearby. Please do more videos like this, Erwan.
those wraps are meant to be eaten at once. lol. thats what I usually see. but this vid is amazing. plus Holiday ((Sone here) and Kokobop songs . Oyeah!
Check out SOGAMIGA in Alabang. We’ve gone through so many korean restaurants including most of what’s in your list. But we always come back to SOGAMIGA.
Hi Kuya Erwan! Super mura at super sarap!
There's this restaurant in Don Pedro back in my law school days Manna Korea Garden Restaurant and I swear they have the best Korean Beef Stew. The ambiance was so homely and cozy. It's just sad they already closed ☹ But thanks for putting up this vlog! I will definitely try these places. If anyone knows if Manna Korea Garden Restaurant relocated or something please let me know! And Erwan I hope you'll do best restaurants in BF Homes Paranaque / Aguirre in the future!
I greatly recommend that you go here in Angeles City. There is a Korean Town here (Friendship Hwy near Clark) with so many legit Korean restos owned and run by Koreans.
Enjoyed all the Korean places there in Manila. But now back in LA and the K food here is amazing. Fiancée worked at Jumon in Poblacion and love the soup. But all your places look amazing. I am really hungry now
Hi! You should try Songdo Won in HK Plaza, Pasay. One of the best Korean restos in Metro. They’re opening another branch in Conrad soon. Hope you could feature them. It’s quite legit, I think, since a lot of Koreans go there. Thanks!
The best K-Town restaurant and Korean food that I've visited is in Angeles, beside Clark. Aside from tasting better than NCR versions, it's a lot cheaper in spite of being in a urbanized city. You can have a budget of 100-300 per person and will be full af.
Gee thanks a lot Erwan! Made me hungry for KBBQ! lol P.S. I appreciate your sarcastic, dry, and subtle sense of humor which somehow translates to seriousness in Filipino culture. Constant, overt silliness and hype from you would seem weird and we need variety in the vlogger world. #whatmakesyoudifferent
Try Mokja! Korean Restaurant. They have a branch in Maginhawa as well as in Banawe. Love their K-BBQ choices and their unlimited side dishes (around 15-20 banchans, I think)
Joe Snack Grill has a branch in Malate, right behind Robinsons Manila. It's been there for as long as I can remember but I think they changed the name? It's Makchang which is on the back of the servers' uniforms like the guy behind you. The uniform, the menu on the wall, everything is the same. They also newly renovated it so it looks "classier". Best kbbq for me. Cheap and has a tasty free soup too that I abuse to no end. I always get like 3 to 4 refills of that soup. They also used to give mentos after every meal, idk if they still do that though haha. And they have great kimchi too! There's also a great Korean resto if you straight from there until Del Pilar called Seokcheon. Amazing kimchi jjigae which I always come back to when I'm feeling down and need some soul food. Very hearty and warming.
I've always loved Minseok! Joe Snack is very near the karaoke place (closed now) we used to frequently visit! I didn't know they had grilled meat there. Will definitely try it soon! And Erwan singing Kokobop has got to be the highlight of the video. HAHA.
I was shock to see you grooving to some music and and doing these silly pose. Im a fan of yours but I just thought you're always serious and I've always associate your name of being tight lipped haha peace. Hope you get more relax like this in your next videos. I'll look forward to it. 👍 #ko-reggae 👈😂
Haha! Not so familiar with the handsome guy but reading the comments, he's been serious in his vlogs?! Haha! Swerte ko pala. I get to watch agad ito na medyo funny and chill lang sya. 😊😊😊
The best authentic Korean restaurant I've been is located close to burgos( red light district at makati and Erwan already has this restaurant on the list Joe snack ) they have the freshest samgyupsal all over Manila! When you eat their cooked samgyupsal it melts in your mouth. This place is a small restaurant and really hard to find unless you know some Koreans that will recommend this place.
What surprised me most was you guys did it in one day. Masil is great, it has been my go to Korean BBQ place. I think the Masil you went to is in Oranbo Pasig City, but they also have another one in Ugong inside Tiendesitas.
I think this is my most favorite vlog from your channel. Love the content plus I love seeing you a little wacky 😂 ughh watching before midnight..totally a bad idea. Now I'm craving
I tried Yedang and it’s amazing! I never tried the rest because they are in Makati (hate the traffic, lol). I love Korean food and I make my own food at home. The only thing that’s unpleasant after leaving a Korean resto is your smell. Make sure you head home straight after eating. Haha.
Loooove this video! Thanks very much erwan! I shared your video with a korean and he said, the said tofu was fish cake, miso was ssamjang, and the soy beans were peanuts. 🤣
Part 2 please.. try going to Sariwon in BGC I love their haemul pajeon, dolsot bibimbap and Dak Galbi yummy👌🏻 oh and dont forget delicious side dishes 😋
Totally going to check these places out when I go to the Philippines! Kind of ignorant but for some reason I never thought the Philippines would have this much Korean restos. (also putting Yes Please! on my list)
Before i love to work with kris aquino bcoz of her morning show na laging kumakaen sa mga resto. Now i want to work with erwan and anne. Travel the world and eat and enjoy life. Lol dream life style.
Erwan, can you come and visit our food hubs here at Bacolod City? I really look forward seeing your next video featuring our delicious cuisines! Praying for that to happen soon! 😉😍🙏

g0rc I agree I buy there too. Their kimchi is the best!
Chie Arcena I think the difference is the shrimp paste that they put in their kimchi. SM supermarket/Landmark's kimchi doesn't have shrimp paste.
gOrc yeah i think so too. It tastes better than the kimchi in some korean restos. 😆
thanks for the tip
You can use pechay baguio. Same thing. Napa cabbage is just bigger than our pechay baguio because of weather conditions
I want a part 2 of this vid Erwan! 😍😍😍 But for a twist, try korean restos that are budget friendly w/o compromising the authenticity of the food. #OppaErwan
yessssss.......to budget friendly
So far this is my fave video of Erwan! Seeing this side of him is refreshing!

Thank you, Erwan. I Learned so much about food scene in the Philippines. Love the way you explained how the flavor or process affects the taste of the dish.
amazing that korean food has now become a regular in Filipino dining scene. we used to go to Subic to buy ingredients. now they're everywhere.
The thumbnail of you doing finger heart so kyot. Hahaha. Great video!!! You really tried to embrace the k trend. Anne is a proud fiance! Would love to try these korean restaurants soon! Keep it up!!!

Enjoyed all the Korean places there in Manila. But now back in LA and the K food here is amazing. Fiancée worked at Jumon in Poblacion and love the soup. But all your places look amazing. I am really hungry now

Gee thanks a lot Erwan! Made me hungry for KBBQ! lol
