But let me correct u About North Indian cuisine - North Indian platter has lots of other things also. Its not about Nov veg. North Indian Veg thali should have ordered 😊. It has, Daal, chawal, Tandoori/ lachcha paratha/butter roti/ Puro , mix veg sabzi, paneer (50+ varities hoti he Paneer ki nahi 😂). Aachar, papad, salad n lot more 😋😋. Likhte-2 muh me pani aa gaya. N yes, any sweet item they add like, Gulab jamun / moti chur laddo/ Ras malai/ Halwa/ any Bengali sweet etc. Lots of love from India 🥰😊.

Shan Tandoori Masala makes the Chicken this Red. I dont roast it or put oil in it. Just Yoghurt and Masala, Marinate and Cook it on low heat for sometime and then dry the water. Put coal to enhance the taste. So a very healthy food option.

Shan Tandoori Masala makes the Chicken this Red. I dont roast it or put oil in it. Just Yoghurt and Masala, Marinate and Cook it on low heat for sometime and then dry the water. Put coal to enhance the taste. So a very healthy food option.
