spectre offers a symbiosis of sound and image. through the use of an oscilloscope, modular synthesizers, cameras and analogue mixers, the electric current is transformed simultaneously into sound and light waves. an entity seems to emerge from these oscillations, as if a living space unfolded before our eyes, opening up the possibility of new forms of presence. this entity communicates with its environment by leaving in it living imprints. olivier landrygagnon and charline dally, sharing the commands of the sonic and visual evolutions, let themselves get carried by the surprises emerging from their micro-manipulations.
