We need Cytochrome C to make Apoptosome , but this cytochrome c is in Mitochondria , so in order to drive the Apoptosis , we need to pull out the Cyt C and this is done by ROS ,,, the ros makes Peroxidase , which then drives peroxidation of Cardioilipin ,, and that way Cytochrome c is relieved off from Mitochondria.

Can i say that ros increases activation of jnk and promotes apoptosis initiated by tnf alpha.ros also inhibits Nf-kB pathway,so that cell survival pathway do not start
