i just thought about something how cynte is not absolutly faceless etc for 3 mounth he could taste the floor with all the friction etc it should have acted like sand paper
I've been thinking, in terms of how Cynte survived for 3 months, he might have actually been eating (in small amounts, of course, which is why he's so skinny) infected flesh. Probably the rats, but considering the type of person he is, he might have not minded eating human flesh anyways. In terms of water, well, it IS a labratory, and would most likely have some form of water storage for experiments. Either way, Cynte may be an irredeemable ass, but at least he's a BADass.
What did the main character eat and drink for 3 months? Or did the injections have enough nutrients for the main character to live up to the events of the second part?
The parasite in cynte allowed him to survive massive blood loss and losing 3 limbs, I think it's right to assume that the parasite slowly kills the host but also gives the host enhanced strength and durability, it can explain why cynte was so strong with just an arm as well as the arms in this game being able to move pretty quickly to attack cynte.
im guessing the injections might have kept him alive by providing some nutrients if not surviving without food or water for three months would be impossible

As much as an immoral, narcissistic prick Cynte was in the first game, it was pretty sad seeing him so broken after Karis died 😔
