I've had Inkscape for a few years now and have never really delved into all of the tools, but my needs have changed. Even though the purpose you use the software is different than mine, this honestly taught me what I needed to know. Thanks!
I've been trying to use Inkscape for years, always finding excuses to use ""quicker" or "easier" tools like DrawIO, Canva, and such. They are no replacement for this powerhouse. Thank you for providing a tutorial in such a way that I can enjoy, follow, and build on.
Thank You! Brand new to all things photo! I so needed to have icon pointed out. I will review the rest of your videos, looking for cutting parts out of an image then putting them back together in black and white. I then need to widen all lines.

Dark mode does not work well on small screens for videos. Dark mode is ok on 15" and larger screens. But for 14" and smaller screens, not so much. Otherwise, a very good tutorial.

I learned Adobe a long time ago, so I can't compare to more recent updates, but in my opinion, the tools in Inkscape for vector graphics are much easier and intuitive to use. I don't know how well Inkscape interfaces with the printing process. If it is primarily designed for use in online graphics, it may not have the print interface you will need. However, it can never hurt to learn both. So many of the tools are the same, just located in different places and work a little differently. Sometimes a particular feature is just easier to use in one program, so it's helpful to have both.

I'm wondering if it's worth learning Ink scape, as Adobe products are more in demand. I've just started learning it, but I'm having doubts.
If you are planning to work in the graphic design industry then it is better to also learn Adobe Illustrator.
I learned Adobe a long time ago, so I can't compare to more recent updates, but in my opinion, the tools in Inkscape for vector graphics are much easier and intuitive to use. Great video, thanks! I just think the background music is a bit distracting 🙂
I have uploaded a no-music version, enjoy ;) ua-cam.com/video/YQpX_xQ2gzQ/v-deo.html
Awesome but how can I make my illustration ready for cmyk printing.
Which is not possible with inkscape i guess.😢

300 dpi. You can check out this video about the nAture figure guideline ua-cam.com/video/FGbXVFYJPXY/v-deo.html
Finally, an inkscape tute i can actually follow! But please.... can you do it without the elevator music in the background?!

You can export the image as PNG, and put them in PowerPoint and Word.
Nice course, but still reluctant to change from Illustrator.
No need to switch! This is for people who don't have access to Adobe Illustrator.
Great video unfortunately background music is distracting otherwise great
