Hello glad to hear from a local guy. I’m throwing a 1/4 oz jig head. The fish seem to be laying a little lower in the water column with the colder water. I’ve found the fish are hitting smaller lures now too. All the larger baits that work in the summer months get way less hits than the smaller baits. Thank you so much for watching and replying. What kind of jighead and what weight were you using,I really enjoy your videos,but I would really like to see at the end take a minute or two to show the lures,hooks etc you were using.
I’m using a 1/4 jig head because it’s a little deeper of a hole and the water is colder. The warmer it gets I’ll tend to run an 1/8 ounce jig head and I will fish the flats around that deeper hole. We always enjoy our Sundays on the islands. The dogs and us get to relax and decompress from the week and get ready to give it 100% for Monday. I have tried Pro Cure and it definitely works. That’s why I like the gulps it’s scented with a pro cure type scent and they are biodegradable. Thanks for watching I really appreciate it.
