In this video we will be covering gaint budhha statue and Tawang war memorial of Arunachal pradesh.
The Giant Buddha statue located on a small hill near the Tawang circuit, is unquestionable proof of the rich Buddhist culture and history. The place notable for its fusion of natural spectacle and spiritual harmony, calls for both tourists and spirituality seekers.
Amidst the beautiful landscape of Tawang stands a solemn and historic site: the Tawang War Memorial. This stupa stands as a poignant testament to the brave Indian soldiers who laid down their lives during the 1962 Indo-China War. The imposing structure is adorned with names of the martyrs, their regiments, and inscriptions honouring their sacrifice.
There are two routes from Guwahati, one via Bhalukpong and other one via Shergaon, we decided to start the journey via Shergaon route .
