- This is the walmart beauty box. I review it because it is the most afforable box I found so far. $6.98 per season so less than $30 a year! It might be the most afforadable, but do you get the value? Each box is different, but I felt pretty good about this one. What did you think? Let me know in the comments.

Thanks for reviewing this one Jessica. I agree with your opinion of Walmart, but, honestly, it is the only one I don't even think about. With other boxes with recurring subscriptions, I have to think about it and make choices within my budget. I'm fairly new to all of this as I'm just back a year in US after living abroad for 12 years - I missed the subscription box early days. Some of the other You-tubers I've subscribed to opened the Goldie Boxed on their channels and I got interested ;-) I just subscribed to GB a couple of weeks ago (turned off my Allure for it to work in budget) and can't wait to go through the rest of the process and see what the add-ons are about ;-)
Love that! Wow 12 years. Welcome back. Walmart is definitely an easy one to keep and not think about. And I’d say it’s been a good value for a high percentage of the boxes I’ve received the past few years.

I've been getting this box for years. Don't know what version I received...but was pretty happy. For $6.95...not gonna complain. Got everything you did except the eyeshadow palette.

My Walmart box was never this good, so I cancelled.
I think I only ever received 1 really bad one in the years I’ve had it. Not sure if I’m remembering correctly though. Maybe it has to do with the survey answers
Everybody posts these great wal-mart boxes but mine were always so cheap I didn't even get $8 of use.
I had one last year that was low retail value. Really wondering what makes some so much better than others because I had a lot of great ones
