Hi, no worries! after you print out your voucher / confirmation, you can exchange it (for the 'real' / physical copy of the concert tickets) at the ticket outlets in SM Malls. You just have to check whether the SM mall you will be going to have the SM tickets booth in the SM store / department store OR at the cinema section.

you have to print it yourself talaga to bring it to them. Although may nabasa ako pwede sa smtickets counter mag print pero may charge rin, but i don't think lahat ng branches pwede
Hi, I actually explained that around 6:17 part and on the pinned comment. But you have to print the voucher / transaction id and present it to smtickets counter at the sm branch where you'll claim it.
Better call / ask smtickets if debit cards are allowed online. I'm sure you can use it at sm ticket outlets at malls, just not a 100% sure if applicable online
Did the video just 6-7 months ago, and based on my experience and from the research i did rin based on their website. That's why I also mentioned that people should check the website and look at the details they need, outlets, terms of use, etc. kasi di ko talaga ma-cocover lahat. Sa site they mentioned the use of debit cards and I've seen people use it during transactions sa mall. Maybe i'll do an updated one when they make major changes or if i buy again online. But I just did this video to answer the basic faq's.

Taetaeisthesun_1 Actually explained in the video, you have to print out the voucher to show it to the sm ticket outlet at the mall in exchange for the physical copy of the ticket. The ticket they give is what you present at the concert hall

Yes you can use the ticket. But when you claim the ticket from SM, better to have your parents with you in case the cashier will check the credit card.
I think so. But I suggest to avoid any hassle, to claim it at least a week before the concert date. Just so, for example, if the branch you go to has a printing malfunction or something then you have enough time to go to a different SM mall.
Actually I just googled your question and saw it on paymaya website: You can buy tickets (again ahead of everyone else!) at Ticketnet, Ticketworld, or SM Tickets
You just go to where they sell the concert tickets (specifically ask for that cause sometimes they only have 1 counter or concert tickets and the others are for the movies), line up and then just specify what concert ticket you want to buy. then they'll ask you for which section, show you which available seats, etc. then pay and receive the ticket.
you mean ibang venue? Kung may mga pre-selling events, that means advance ticket selling siya and may not be available yet sa sm malls & website. Pero kung official start na ng ticketing sales, then yes you can buy na sa sm malls

You will go to your account on the website (upper right hand corner) to see your voucher / transaction to print it out and then you'd have to go to an SM branch to exchange it for the physical ticket.

Hi, i don't think scanning it on your phone can verify it for you. Ang best bet is to meet the seller (in SM for smtickets or a tickenet counter) para sila makapag-check ng info on the ticket and maybe purchase history ng ticket. After submitting your credit card information, mag-lload siya and depending on your bank if they send you a One time pin confirmation text, pag na-confirm na yun then siguro it takes minutes to an hour siguro para mag-reflect sa account mo

Pag online bibilhin straight payment siya. In some branches (pag pila / in person bibilhin) pwede daw installment but i haven't personally tried yet

it's not going to be on the website pa talaga kasi wala pang official announcements from local organizers. Baka lumabas lang yan sa site a week before ticketing starts (which i don't know yet)
Hiii. What happens sa QR Code ng sm concert ticket pag noscan ko sya sa phone ko? Im planning to buy kasi a ticket from a stranger, and the only way na naisip ko to know if the ticket is legit or not is by scanning it. Kaso i havent done it before so im not sure if tama yung plan ko (haha)
Hi, i don't think scanning it on your phone can verify it for you. Ang best bet is to meet the seller (in SM for smtickets or a tickenet counter) para sila makapag-check ng info on the ticket and maybe purchase history ng ticket. Jhastine Benitez Print & bring your voucher/transaction id. Tapos tell the teller lang na mag-cclaim ka ng ticket then give the paper. They'll also ask for the credit card used & id
