#AH-NEWS ARRESTED FIVE ACCUSED PERSONS IN BRUTUAL MURDER CASE
The Asifnagar Police apprehended (5) accused committed brutal murder of Mohd Qutubuddin @ Quddus by attacking him with knifes and sticks due to previous enmity between the deceased and the accused persons under the limits of Asifnagar P.S. of Asif Nagar Division, South West Zone, Hyderabad which occurred on 13.06.2024 at about 22.30 hrs at Ashurkhana, Asifnagar main road, Hyd.
BRIEF NOTE OF THE COMPLAINANT :-
Facts of the case are that on 13.06.2024 at about 22.30 hrs the deceased Mohd Qutbuddin @ Quddus came by running to the complainant Sri Mohd Abdul Raheem (Brother’s work place) at Asifnagar cross road, and he was followed by accused persons A1)Syed Taher, A2)Syed Imran, A-3)Syed Aman, A4)Syed Mujaffer, A5)Shaik Javed, armed with knife, sticks and attacked on deceased Mohd Qutubuddin @ Quddus and stabbed him on stomach, neck and heart, resulting he collapsed in pool of blood. Immediately he was shifted to Olive Hospital, beside Asifnagar PS and while undergoing treatment he succumbed to injuries on 14.06.2024 at about 3.30 AM.
INVESTIGATION:-
A case was registered in Crime No: 305/2024 U/Sec 302 r/w 34 IPC & 25 (1) (b) of I.A.Act. The Investigation was taken up by Asifnagar PS officials and as per the instructions of Superior officers formed special teams and visited the scene of offence and verified the community and nenu saitham cameras and obtained CCTV footages leading from Asifnagar main road to Asifnagar cross roads and also with other technical analysis the accused persons were apprehended with the efforts of teams.

A1) Syed Taher s/o Syed Abdul Gafoor age 27 yrs occ: Furniture polish work r/o H.No 12-1-486/27/A, Kishan Nagar, Asifngar, Hyd
A2) Syed Imran s/o Syed Abdul Gafoor age 24 yrs occ: Furniture business work r/o H.No 12-1-486/27/A, Kishan Nagar, Asifngar, Hyd
A3) Syed Aman s/o Shaik Arif age 24 yrs occ: Auto driver r/o H.No 12-1-486/27/A, Kishan Nagar, Asifngar, Hyd
A4) Syed Mujaffer s/o Syed Abdul Gafoor age 32 yrs occ: Furniture Polish work r/o H.No 12-1-486/27/A, Kishan Nagar, Asifngar, Hyd
A5) Shaik Javed s/o Shaik Anwar age 22 yrs occ: Fruit vendor r/o H.No 10-3-291/10/B, V.N.Colony, Hyd.
MODUS OPERANDI:-
The accused A1, A2 & A4 are own brothers whereas A3 is brother-in-law of A-1 & A5 is the friend of A-1. All the accused persons hatched a plan to kill the deceased Mohd Qutubuddin @ Quddus, due to previous enmity, since the deceased killed Syed Mujahed brother of accused persons A1, A2 & A3 on 27.08.2023 near Balaji Bar & Restaurant, Jhirra, Asifnagar, Hyd by hitting him to wall.
APPREHENSION OF ACCUSED:
On 16.06.2024, the Asif Nagar Police nabbed (05) accused persons who conspired and committed brutal murder. The apprehended accused persons were arrested by Asifnagar PS and seized knifes, sticks which were used in the commission of offence and were being produced before the Honourable Court for judicial custody. This case detected under the supervision of Smt Sneha Mehra, IPS, DCP, South Zone Incharge South West Zone and Sri Ashfaq, Addl. DCP, South West Zone, and close monitoring of Sri B.Kishan Kumar, ACP Asif Nagar Division by Sri G.Venkateshwarlu, Inspector of Police along with staff of Asifnagar PS.
