Have to agree. It’s sad but true. I had to be adopted at age 2 because I got abandoned after birth. Almost 30 now and I still suffer from the consequences of not having a fully developed body and brain. I’m smart enough to survive in this age but I long for happiness and peace, not constant struggle till it’s over. People need to be careful what they wish for
I'm one of 8 children all born to a traumatised mother who had schizophrenia and borderline personality disorder. Every single one of us was either adopted or fostered. We all have been through trauma and struggle to integrate into society. I have struggled with unemployment and temp employment my entire adult life. I had my heartbroken because I was unable to sustain a relationship and be a wholesome man for the girl I loved. She has long since moved on and forgotten me. I think some form of compassionate eugenics would improve society overall. The amount of hermits, junkies, criminals etc would be almost non existent with a little regulation around reproduction. Poverty is a breeding ground for trauma and dysfunction, the less births into poverty the healthier society will be overall.
I myself THANKFULLY have no kids and dont want any im from a very poor area where there is nothing for them but a crap education system then into slavery i see people having 4 - 5 kids and still want more WHY this place is an abomination Much respect keep up the great work
People need to know it costs about $350K in today's money to raise a kid to age 18. That's a no-frills upbringing too- no music lessons, braces etc. It's expensive. Also know that once you become a parent, YOUR needs will now come last. It's a 24/7 job that will last a minimum of 18-20 years [ if you're lucky] with no pay and no days off. MOST people are unfit to procreate!

If the teachers giving a talk about "ex education" wanted to dissuade their teenage listeners from having kids, they would have to tell them the truth. Your future will almost certainly be much worse than what Hollywood movies or TV series might have portrayed. You will have all kinds of problems and by the end of it all, if someone asks you "would you like to do it again?" you will almost certainly answer "no". So why would you pass all your struggles to someone else? Not to mention how much harder your own life will be if you decide to procreate.

The really bright one who does well in school and becomes a top lawyer or doctor etc, or just to give them joy, and to take care of them when they're old. Procreation is a gamble and we must not gamble with someone life without their consent hence no one should have kids.
