Hello Sushmaa I have a question ...do you have to fill out a form when you get there saying what you are working as etc or do you just put your signature and nothing else as if i need to fill out a form maybe i can download and fill out before i go so i am prepared.

Ppsn is mostly needed for job, PSC is required to evail public services
