Recipe card:
Boil and shred chicken add 1/2 tsp
Salt
Chilliflakes
Laal mirch
Haldi
Blackpepper
Dhania powder
Zeera
And mix well
DOUGH:
FLOUR:2 CUPS
WHEAT FLOUR :1/2 CUP
SALT:1/4 TSP
OIL:3TBS
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS AND KNEAD WELL THEN LEAVE ON REST FOR 10 MIN
Heat oil in a pan fry 1 tsp garlic paste then add seasoned chicken saute then add stock ,cabbage and capsicum cook for a while then add garlic mayo and mix well get the flame off.
Now you can use this chicken mixture either in frozen paratha or make homemade partha fill the chicken in add cheese chiliflakes and cover with other paratha seal the sides if you are using frozen partha ypu can either freeze it and use when needed.Cook frozen paratha without oil until golden and homemade paratha with oil until golden and cheese melts
