AND the time machine mod (the one that makes the beggar donations go faster). AND the unintrustive pause menu mod.

Legit one of my most satisfying non tainted lsot runs to date... Early goat head has such HUGE POTENTIAL, although a bit of a change of plans involving ed6 and my ability to never stop rerolling even if it's a bad idea made this run absurdly powerful, not to mention holy light's synergy with perfection's 10+ luck which just ended up melting everything I came in contact with. With so many angel rooms, I was basically guaranteed to find sacred heart, crown of light, and many other OP items that made this run a free win... And I'm totally not mentioning these items in the description just for keywords or anything, why would I ever do that? This paragraph is also ABSOLUTELY not copied from another one of my videos but with certain words changed to make sense in the context of this video, that would just be silly.

@@cameronm6437 it would only be like 500 damage not 4k. The damage shown on screen is the real damage after the multiplyer is applied, you don't need to multiply that by 11

Actually since you were rerolling in rooms with multiple items your chance wasn't 50/50 of losing the wisps. If just one item rerolls then you keep them.

@@irunmun9034 I have no idea what happened at 11:32 since both items rerolled but he lost the wisps? At 10:16 only 1/3 items rerolled but he got a new wisp? The book seems buggy with ed6.

That's not how it works. When you use the ED6, it has a 50% chance of adding a new wisp and a 50% chance of removing all wisps already spawned by the ED6. It has nothing to do with item rerolling - the effects are entirely independent. You can use it with no items in the room and it'll still work as normal.

9:49 why not take spirit shackles? technically on the lost it would pretty much be an extra life since he has no health and soul hearts often appear due to most lost runs having the perfection trinket, highly boosting chances of room drops, thus boosting chances of soul heart drops

3.15*126.59*3= 1196.28 dps and this is without the homing trisagian effect constantly hitting and the holy light procs
Dont forget the constant angelic prism shots. potential x4 to that as well. if a holy light shot hits the angelic prism and all spawned shots hit, i think it would do 19140.48 damage. I think/hope i did the math right ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
When simulating the run for the math in this, i dropped into a planetarium floor with neptunus and monstro's lung in the item room. this game makes me want to cry some times.
Alright so i edited this thing so many times because i kept noticing things that were off. first of all, calculating highest possible damager per tear may be doable, but as lazy as i am and due to a severe lack of enthusiasm to go through that pain, i didnt try. Second, trisagion tears do 33% of the damage that is stated on the stat hud with the premise of it being able to hit multiple times and/or enemies. Third, at 10:55 there is a weird +1.1 damage in the stats that i have no idea what caused it, and there are no damage up items used to counteract that, thus i couldnt get 100% perfect results. Lastly, the type of damage and attack this is makes it very very random. in my tests, the damage on a dummy were from as high as 61287.04 and as low as ~8000-ish. This could be due me being human, shots being missed because of conjoined's shooting design, holy light proc, large zit damage double proc, immaculate heart's projectile variation missing the angelic prism, a whole bunch of variables. the final answer? not enough damage.

One day as eden i started with sacred heart and my first tresure room item was polythalmus next was magic mush from blowing five shrooms in secret ,at that run i got even crown of light so i had literaly 512 dmg but that was whem polythalmus was giving 4 x multiplayer

I just got 350 damage multiplier with homing brimstone today but honestly it was on the victory lap. I finished the main run with 100+ damage, then on the first exclusive access shop I got a rock bottom + death certificate which I picked Sacred Heart and I had Sulfur+ 2 car battery and 9 volt + jumper cables. When I got to the boss rush I basically inflated my damage but I forgot to use it on the first bosses =(. This run also had haemolacria, flat stone, twisted pair, incubus,. magic mush from a random mush, 2 crystal keys which gave me a bunch of ultra secret room and more... what an op run.

Damn, when I saw the beginning, I remembered my race on the lost. 10 damage + knife + 20/20 + goat's head. And with that, he died on sheol. From the creatures that are found in the mausoleum ( with a kug attack and jerks). Now it's sad

Earlier today I was trying to get my last completion mark as azazel and I got proptosis which is a 3x damage multiplier at closest range, sacred heart, another 3x damage multiplier, and chocolate milk, which is 4x multiplier when fully charged and I think that’s a 10x damage multiplier and I did like 60 damage I was two shotting all the harbingers lol

Just a tip use the no cutscene mod for mega satan because if u want to do delirium with amazing run the 50/50 chance cant ruin the run
That ruins the whole point of the 50/50 gamble, it’s supposed to be a risk to take

Imma do the math and figure out how much damage per second u do sir.
Well rough estimate considering I couldn't find how many hits u do with trisagon per second but I can estimate how much hits it does and come up with an approximate range of dmg. And ima say that each time with the angelic prism.
Ok so the min amount of dmg would be 52,277.4 whilst even including the dmg being lowered by 33% by trisiagonand each tear only doing 3 hits per sec. The max is 87,165.418032 dmg with the 33% dmg down from trisagon and hitting 5 times per sec.
There's alot more stuff I could include but this is already boring so there's ur estimated dmg output per sec. :D
