After following the devblog from the start, I tried out hover junkers yesterday and I have to say that it's the BEST VR game so far! The buzzBot matches are extremely fun!!
A nice addition I'd like to see in more virtual shooting ranges, add in a toggle for randomised and changing target movement to act more human instead of just one speed and direction.
Our indiegogo backer sent along about 2-3 paragraphs describing his idea of a character and then we approached him with our more realistic solutions that would be technically feasible, fit into our lore, and also be really cool! I had just gotten back from a trip where I watched The Revenant on the plane ride and loved it, so it definitely influenced the direction too. Was a fun character to design and work on!
Definitely a sweet update! The two new weapons (the pea-shooter and the quad-shotgun, as I call them) are interesting. Not sure if they'll be able to compete against the classic revolver, but we'll see! So far it feels like you have to really riddle their heads with holes when using the pea-shooter.
Have you thought about a sort of race mode ? i.e. every player going for the same objective, trying to shoot others to slow them down... sort of Mario Kart where you have to do all the aiming while driving. That could be sooo coool !
Lovely to see more crazy things happening in the game. This reminds me though, anyone knows if the Anime-Rocket-Launcher thing is still happening? I love the fact that they can just make any absurd and fun thing they want and add it right in!
not gonna lie, in terms of simple showing what new fetures you guys are adding, you do it very well, compared to someone like ubisoft who are always incredibly vague and hard to understand

You can tell when Brandon is controlling the player models because he points his guns in the air every time he gets a kill, just watch the Space Pirate Trainer videos and you'll see

god i wanna play this game so bad but the shit required is insane the GPU needed would cost me a small fortune more then i have and then the headset is even more expensive FML i was so excited for VR 'cuz everybody said it would be affordable and then i get burnt

Hm. Muzzle flashes look a bit buggy, like the muzzle flash texture is clipped by the bounding box or something (can see the hard edges).
