I would like to ask you please : 1-In our days what is the best treatment to the patient , doing the operation in early stage of cataract immature or wait till be mature cataract , the patient 60 year. 2- It is normal if the pt. 60 year after cataract operation (phaco.) he can not read because he sees the letters irregular and upside down, what is the causes of this condition. medicine 2018 I am so grateful for your kind words. 1) the decision to opt for cataract surgery depends on many factors, the most important one is patient’s vision needs. Apart from that, the early surgery the better to avoid working on a hard lens which would be a hassle for both the surgeon and the patient. 2) could be due to a residual refractive error, might need glasses
