- This is the so-called Arabic cake Kodrit Kadir. In the video I show you a recipe different from the popular version. An Egyptian woman gave it to me and I think it comes as close as possible to the original Arabic recipe. The main element is the creme caramel combined with the cocoa sponge cake: soft, delicate, a real pleasure for the palate. The preparation is not difficult, but requires attention in every step. A special technique is used where everything is cooked together in a double boiler. In the end the result is impressive, a cake with a surprising visual effect and a delicious taste.
Ingredients:
***for the caramel:
*150 g of sugar
*50 ml of water
***for the cream:
* 3 eggs
* 3 egg yolks
* 300 g of condensed milk
*400 g of cream
*200ml of milk
*** for swamps:
* 3 egg yolks
*30 g of sugar
*vanillin
*50ml of milk
*25 ml of oil
*50 g of flour
*15 g of cocoa
*5 g of yeast
* 3 proteins
*50 g of sugar

Имам такива стари рецепти от мака ми и двете ми баби. От дядо ми имам запазени с неговия почерк, рецепти за туршии(той ги правеше) и за суджуци ( тази рецепта ходеше по цяло село).
