I don't know why people hating on Akuma.
Even Super Akuma plays with Akuma but he's not that good.
It's not about the character, it's all about who is playing the character.
Atif is just God in tekken 7.
Ok lets give credit where it is due that akuma is not an easy character to play and that he can also be defeated.

Do commentary on anakin vs atif. Atif played leo in that match, it will be good to hear your analysis on atifs match where you're not all the time cursing the 2ds.
Even though I dislike akuma being used in tournaments, he is a super hard character to use and even harder to master but once you do you get a huge advantage

I wonder if he's any good at Street Fighter. I have to admit that I'm a little mad that a Street Fighter character just comes in and destroys everyone. If it has to be a Street Fighter character though, lorewise he'd wipe all the Tekken fighters out anyway more than likely. I wish they made the sequel to Street Fighter x Tekken where it plays like Tekken. That way there'd be an equal amount of both game's characters. Oh well, congrats to him. Hopefully there aren't 2D characters in Tekken 8. But, I'm afraid the money made from DLC will tempt them to put even more than last time lol. Lil Majin, you have to save us! Take King to the top of the mountain and throw everyone off, just like Heihachi does to his family lol.

But still akuma not that easy to use, if it was that easy to use and exploit then all the top players would use him and as far as I know there were not many akuma players in top 8 so he is a tough character to master but once we mastered it u get a really big edge.

Because we definitely saw SO many Akuma’s - Quantity doesn’t always mean quality my friend. And yeah, the strongest players in the world gathered and Akuma (even after his nerfs) 3 of them still got extremely far in this tourney and one of them won. Chikurin, Shin Akuma, Atif.
Like we did in tournament on fahk or leroy - The very fact that when their nerfs went through, we didn’t see an overrepresentation of those 2 characters afterward -BUT we STILL see Akuma players doing very well in tourneys, shows us just how powerful Akuma is. --Let's also add SuperAkuma.
I don’t take issue with Atif Butt. Congrats to him. I take issue with Non-Tekken 2D characters beating the hell out of 3D Tekken characters and almost always having strong representation or making top 8 in tourneys -In a 3D game. That’s no ones fault but Harada’s.
@@Concealed.Revealed Except that 3 out of 20 is NOT overrepresentation what so ever. And most of those people didn't even solely use Akuma, even in the top 8. That's the point, in most tournaments there isn't an abundance of Akuma's running rampant. Even among most of the TWT tour there were like 3-5 notable Akumas at most.

Im saying this as a big majin fan(not literally big majin, his elder brother) who started playing king because of his evo videos. Traveling is expensive and he's focusing on streaming/youtube now.
