THeir claim to fame (1 of them anyways) is with windows up on the hwy you heard nothing...except the ac or some sinatra . Look at all that legroom and those seats...super plush. Even their carpet was real nice
It absolutely blows my mind that this car exists in this condition with such low mileage 40 years later! I could never own such a beautiful car and not drive it. Thanks for sharing it with us dreamers!
@@Acura1NSX Ride in a modern caddy. Plastic everywhere, lots of road/tire noise it feels cheap in comparison These were the last of the caddys that used real leather it would last forever. THis things is all about comfort
@Acura1NSX This car has a look that separates it from the rest . When you see it you know that it's a Eldorado! Today's cars , you can tell one from the other ! They are all run of the mill look a likes ! But on the positive note, Today's car designers don't have to put a lot of thought in designing modern cars ! Just replicate the previous 10 or 20 years ! Easy money I guess !!!??? And how about todays exterior and interior colors????? Black, tan and gray for interior! And red, black, tan, white and gray for exterior! And they want north of 70k for a luxury car with limited color options! Creativity is a thing of the past !
I miss life. I miss my Grandparents also who had one of these beautiful Cadillac's. I always felt like I was on a episode of Dallas while driving around in this brilliant work of art❣
my Mom had an 84 CADILLAC Biarritz, maroon with a stainless steel top and the interior was maroon. I was only 14 , boy would she get compliments on that car!!!!
Absolutely gorgeous. Someone is gonna get a once-in-a-lifetime new car. Unbelievable. What we know now, I hope the owner is super gentle with that 4100 V8.
@@gordocarbo This was not the infamous V8-6-4 368. This has the anemic and fragile 4100 HT baby V8. Drive it gently and it will be fine. Drive it as if there is an egg balanced on the instrument panel.
My uncle had one of these in the early 80’s. I remember always thinking the stainless steel roof was a nice touch. His was a dark navy color with dark red interior.
Man, that color fits everything about this car. So timeless in it's beauty. Just goes to show you that a well maintained Caddie never goes out of style.
Well maintained it never even drove.. its got one of the worst engines they made besides the diesel and the North star. Aluminum block with cast iron heads is a head gasket waiting to blow
Beautiful car. I love that chrome down the tops of fenders. Also the pillow top seats, wow. Why do people let their cars go. New engine and new leather and paint is cheaper than new car
Last of the real caddys! Even the window switches felt high quality. Plush, roomy comfy ice cold AC and dead quiet Pop a Sinatra tape in and cruise all day Hope someone drives this!!Either someone was a hardcore CAddy guy or someones spouse passed away and she sat.
The most beautiful Eldorado of this generation in the world imho. If I could afford it I'd have already bought it. All I ask is that the new owner drives it. It's sat long enough!
I had one of those!! That is one beautiful car!! I'd love to have it!! Mine was in the champagne, with a cream vinyl top, the Landis top. That one is Identical inside to mine!!!! I want that one!!!
That is one gorgeous Caddy. I had an 82 Eldorado Jade Gray with White interior and loved that car. Too bad you are so far from California. Someone will be lucky to get this beauty!
I have a 1993 El Dorado Touring car and we have had it since it was new it was mother’s I got it after she died. It gets more attention than my Aston Martin.

@@ludovic4903 A light brown exterior color with dark brown leather interior. GM's firemist paint of that era had very fine metalic particles in it to give the paint a light sparkle from light reflection. The paint is lacquer. Lacquer paint gives a high shine luster compared to todays 2 stage base/clear coat paint. One reason GM used lacquer on their rear wheel drive Cadillacs thru 1992 was for the paint luster.
@ludovic4903 It's like a light mocha/toffee/caramel color, in the tan/beige family with a beautiful burnished finish that really complements the brushed stainless steel roof. Also has a thin double line dark brown pinstripe. Interior is darker mocha or milk chocolate color leather. All goes beautifully with the wood grain plastic panels (Cadillac stopped using real wood in the mid '60s, wish they'd kept it on high end models).

Sweet, looks better than any made in the last 10 years.
That's a matter of opinion... It is too boxy and the interior is pretty silly looking, but hey that was 1984 styling.
Cars are garbage now.....100%

Dead silent going down the road.
That is one stunning Biarritz! Very hard to find one so clean and such low kms! Nice color too inside and out.

Wow, what a beauty. These were the pinnacle of luxury when I was in high school. Only wealthier people drove Caddys and Lincolns then.
Well said!! MB were a joke in comparison. Smooth as silk and tomb silent at any speed.
One serious beauty right there!

That Cady's my same age and brand new at the same time. I'm in love with it.
This cadillac is so beautiful! The American version of a 2 door Rolls-Royce but better-looking and more reliable!

A neighbor let me borrow his El Dorado for my Senior Prom in 1983! White with red pinstripes and red interior! 😊
It's amazing how much of the Eldorado sheet metal is shared with the Toronado, but not with the Riviera.

Outstanding!
Now THAT'S a Cadillac! Remember they have a special steel plate under the drivers seat to protect against car bombs! LOL
Would have liked to have seen the car when you guys took delivery
