Soaring Blades was always the weird melee weapon, probably even weirder than Jetboots. But finally they actually played it and decided to change it LOL. Hopefully it'll be the same for other weapons that are scuffed too.
Soaring blades is indeed a very chunky weapon. Definitely needed a revamp for sure. Jet boots felt fine I didn't have issues with it but others say otherwise lol 🤣
I know Soaring Blades needed love the most but I do hope Boots gets something other than just the new effects.
I haven't played NGS for so long so I don't know much about the current state. But I would say that during my playtime till Kvaris patch, SB was one of those really awkward weapons. If they are going to be changing it back to how it worked in Base PSO2, they have to make sure people can kite on these things. Base PSO2 WA allowed you to kite during PBF by animation cancelling on certain attacks/PAs or tech cancelling.
If they did nothing to fix junk boots im not gonna bother with installing again u_u

I think I might reinstall the game and try these new changes out.
What do we need now is SAO collab return again. I wasn't playing PSO2 (I wasn't familiar with this game) when SAO collab happened.
