Kim Casey is speaking so softly and quickly that I cannot hear nor understand anything she is saying and her words are like running together or something. It is very hard to make out what she is saying! If I put my speaker on blast I can hear a smidge better, but then everyone else on this video is way too loud. I have absolutely no issue with Karli or Tracy-thank you both for speaking loudly and clearly.
