I purchased it. Takes 45 minutes to 1 hr to heat the food to a havable warm level. Uniform heating is not there. After an hr some food in one box will be warm, but the food in other box will remain cold inside. Then the auto stop feature stopped working in less than a month of use . Then in less than a year it started sparking and smoke came out and it stopped working. What a waste of money. I do not recomend this to anyone. Now i am looking for other brands and searching reviews in youtube.
