UP By Election 2024 | Upchunav 2024 | Uttar Pradesh By election latest news | top news | breaking news | Uttar Pradesh By Election 2024 Voting Live : करहल उपचुनाव: मैनपुरी की करहल विधानसभा सीट पर भी उपचुनाव के लिए मतदान जारी है. कुल मतदान केंद्र 444 बनाए गए हैं. अति संवेदनशील मतदान केंद्र 190 हैं. शांतिपूर्ण मतदान के लिए सीआरपीएफ की 13 बटालियन लगाई गई है. 44 जोनल मजिस्ट्रेट नियुक्त किए गए हैं. करहल विधानसभा क्षेत्र में 15 प्रत्याशी चुनाव मैदान में है और कुल मतदाता 382378 है. इस सीट पर भाजपा से प्रत्याशी अनुजेश प्रताप यादव हैं, जो सपा सांसद धर्मेंद्र यादव के सगे बहनोई है. सपा प्रत्याशी तेज प्रताप यादव के फूफा लगते हैं. भाजपा प्रत्याशी अनुजेश प्रताप यादव की मां उर्मिला यादव विधायक रह चुकी हैं. वहीं उनकी पत्नी जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष मैनपुरी रह चुकी हैं.
Voting for by-elections on 9 seats of Uttar Pradesh and 1 seat of Uttarakhand started on Wednesday morning at 7 am. Voting in UP will continue till 6 pm, while in Uttarakhand voting will start from 8 am and continue till 5 pm. A total of 90 candidates are in the fray for 9 seats of UP, whose fate will be sealed in EVMs today. More than 36 lakh voters will exercise their franchise in the UP by-election. Voting will also be held today on the Kedarnath assembly seat of Uttarakhand. The direct contest on the Kedarnath seat is between BJP's Asha Nautiyal and Congress' Manoj Rawat. A total of 90 thousand voters will vote today on the Kedarnath seat to elect their new MLA. The seats in UP where voting will be held for by-elections include Ghaziabad, Mirapur of Muzaffarnagar, Khair of Aligarh, Kundarki of Moradabad, Katehari of Ambedkarnagar, Karhal of Mainpuri, Phulpur of Prayagraj and Majhawan seat of Mirzapur.
